NAE Air Chilled, Free Range boneless skin-on whole chicken breast fillets with rib meat and without tenders, double lobes only, are packed approximately 10 lbs per poly bag. Four bags are packed in a CVP-lined box to an average weight of 40 lbs. The CVP bag is gas flushed and sealed. The product is chilled with CO2 and shipped fresh.
