NAE Air Chilled chicken wing sections, first and second sections only (50% drummettes and 50% flats by weight), are packed approximately 10 lbs per poly bag. Four bags are packed in a CVP-lined box to a net weight of 40 lbs. The CVP bag is gas flushed and sealed. The product is chilled with CO2 and shipped fresh.
